With less time between Black Friday and Christmas Day this year (go ahead…pull out a calendar), Black Friday Cyber Monday deals have already started.
It’s kinda silly to offer Black Friday sales on a Tuesday and Cyber Monday on a Saturday, but the world of marketing didn’t ask me what I thought about it.
What I do care about, though, is saving money on products and services that will help grow my business. And I’m sure you do, too!
Best Black Friday Cyber Monday Blogger Deals 2019
As a personal finance blogger, let’s state the obvious. You don’t need to go bananas and “take advantage” of all the sales.
Make sure you have a solid Christmas budget in place before Friday. You do not want to buy Christmas on credit cards! Have a plan and stick to it!
That being said, here are a few of my favorite things.
If you’ve been lurking and thinking of starting a blog of your own, Black Friday is the perfect time to do so! I started my blog with Bluehost and just recently upgraded to BigScoots.
But Bluehost is more than sufficient for new bloggers, and you can literally get started for as low as $2.65 per month! And you don’t even have to wait for Friday! The sale has already started!
Head over to Bluehost now to save money on blog hosting.
AAWP – Amazon Affiliate for WordPress
Amazon Affiliate for WordPress is something I just started implementing on my site. I literally just purchased it last month, and now it’s on sale for 30% off!
AAWP offers a way to add featured images and tables of Amazon products. This works really well for niche sites, but I use it for my blog nearly every time I share affiliate links, and my affiliate income was double this month!
Here’s what AAWP Looks Like on a Blog Post.
If you only consider one purchase for your blog and/or YouTube channel this Black Friday or Cyber Monday, consider an annual subscription to Envato Elements.
This has by far brought the greatest return on investment. I receive unlimited access (no credits, no expiration) to fonts, graphics, stock photos, stock videos, customizable YouTube intros and motion graphics, etc.
Here’s an example of one of the video intros I created with Envato Elements. It’s about 45 seconds into the video.
Every stock photo I use on this site comes from Envato Elements. I’m currently taking Carly Campbell’s Pinteresting Strategies course, and she shares that Pinterest favors pins with paid stock images instead of the free images that are available to everyone.
Realistic mockups are also available, which comes in handy when you’re wanting to sell ebooks, courses, webinars, and other digital products.
You can also get ThemeForest themes 50% off through Envato.
That’s it, y’all! I might add a couple of other items as they become available, but you don’t need to buy a bunch of products and services you aren’t going to use!
Don’t fall for the marketing hype that it’s a once a year deal. If you truly need the products and they will enhance your site and/or grow your income, they’re worth the purchase.
If I had to choose one item from this list, I’d easily choose the Envato Elements subscription. It’s the best bang for your buck.
Did I leave something off? What are your favorite Black Friday Cyber Monday Blogger Deals?
I’ve done all the things! Girl, I’ve washed my face. I’ve trashed everything that doesn’t spark joy. I’ve walked the baby steps. I’ve cried. I’ve prayed, but my perfectionism has really held me back.
Perfection Hangover can be crippling. Stop comparing yourself to others and start living your best life! That’s why PH exists! I want to encourage you to take control of your money, your blog, and your business.
