Perfection Hangover Podcast
For the woman everyone counts on—who’s tired of feeling like she’s never doing enough.
You can manage a career, take care of your family, and be the person everyone calls when something goes wrong, yet still feel like you’re falling short.
I’m Melissa Blevins, and on Perfection Hangover, we talk about how perfectionism shows up in everyday life: saying yes when you’re already stretched, struggling to accept help, or waiting for someone else’s approval before you can feel good about a decision.
Through personal stories and honest conversations, we explore what these patterns cost us and what choosing differently can look like at work, at home, and in our relationships. My Christian faith is part of those conversations, along with the things I’m still figuring out.
