A Mirrorless Camera
When I first launched my YouTube channel, my mom actually bought me a new camera, a Canon t6i video creator kit (which included a Rode microphone). This camera has been great to me, and it has worked flawlessly, but it was much more expensive than mirrorless options today.

Many would have you look for the iPhone 12 because of its 5G capabilities, but this year I upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro, and I can say from experience that this is the nicest phone I’ve ever owned.

A New Vacuum
Listen to me very carefully on this one. Don’t mess this up, okay? If you know that buying a vacuum for your wife will get you into hot water, don’t do it. You know your spouse better than anyone else.
I bought myself two new vacuums this year, and I’ll reference them below. I was excited to get new vacuums because we have three kids, two dogs, and sand and pet hair are a real problem in my home.
These new vacuums have made my life significantly easier, and I don’t feel that I am constantly vacuuming when I should be working.

I chose this vacuum because it is programmable, covers my whole house on a single charge, and was, quite frankly, more affordable than some of the other robot vacuums.
If I had to do it all over again, though, I would have gone with this model as it has the mapping feature and a dump bin (so that I don’t have to empty it multiple times a day) because….dog hair problems, ya know?

We chose this vacuum because my Shark is amazing for picking up the sand, but our pet hair is out of control. My 100-lb lab sheds gobs and gobs of hair daily, and my teenager and I both have long hair which tends to get caught in the brush rolls.
The self-cleaning brush roll is amazing, and I love not having to lug out our old Kirby vacuum.

Если это двор частного дома, подъездная дорога, парковка или промышленная территория, требования к покрытию будут разными. Нельзя выбирать толщину асфальта только по принципу “чем дешевле, тем лучше”. Слишком тонкий слой может быстро разрушиться даже при нормальной эксплуатации. Важно заранее обсудить с подрядчиком, какая нагрузка будет на покрытие, будут ли по нему ездить тяжелые автомобили, как часто будет использоваться площадка и какие слои будут заложены в смету. Это помогает избежать ситуации, когда покрытие выглядит аккуратно сразу после укладки, но через сезон требует ремонта. Водоотвод и уклоны Одна из частых причин разрушения асфальта — застой воды. Если на поверхности остаются лужи, вода постепенно проникает в микротрещины, размывает основание и ускоряет появление дефектов. Особенно это заметно после зимы, когда вода замерзает, расширяется и разрушает покрытие изнутри.
